emplacement; designed as a machine gun
nest but can of course be used for any
small size gun or direct fire ordnance
and would be at home in virtually any
theatre!
Includes a separate piece with a
jerrycan and a spare ammo box, which
would be kept a little behind, also well
protected with sandbags. As usual plenty
sculpted surface detail to help you in
painting and this piece which can be
used for almost any 19th Century

This model accurately reproduces the
depth and structure of the real thing,
and includes a small ammunition stock
complete with a fuse setting station on
top and a pile of discarded ammo boxes
and used shells.
It is specifically designed to be used
with heavy anti-tank guns, such as
German 50mm (PaK 38) and 75mm (PaK 40
and PaK 41), American 3 inch M5s,
Russian 45mm, ZiS-2 57mm, ZiS-3 and F-22
USV 76mm or British QF 6 and 17
pounders, although it can of course work

A typical sandbag strongpoint with a
separate roof piece and two 'L' shaped
sections of fortifications made with
sandbags piled over foundations of
discarded boxes and drums filled with
soil. Toward the end of the war, old
tyres started to be piled on top of such
fortifications for extra protection, a
practice that proved very effective and
it is still popular today.
The roof is a separate piece which can
be left loose to make it easier placing
figures inside or glued...

This pack contains thirty six sections
of Dragon's Teeth - German anti-tank
reinforced concrete barriers. There's
enough teeth for a foot of terrain using
the full five teeth configuration, but
you can cover twice as much space using
a narrower three deep formation (3
teeth), and up to four feet using a
double line.
The figures not included and are shown
as a size reference only. They are from
the Baueda 1-48COMBAT range.
