Returns Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Rarely a faulty figure slips through our checks. If you receive a faulty item please contact us and we will do all we can to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. If you wish to return an item to us for any reason, please telephone/e-mail first, you will need to post the items to us. If you have arranged to return any products to Magister Militum it is strongly recommended that you obtain a proof of posting certificate.

Figures and buildings are supplied unpainted unless specified. The photographs present on the website are shown to inspire and give some ideas for historical colours where appropriate.
